How it works

The Farmstead Express is a local delivery service. We don't make, process, or repackage food. We pick up your order from the farm or market and deliver it on their behalf.

1. Check your address

We currently deliver in Middletown & Liberty Township, Ohio. Enter your address or ZIP code to see if you're in our area. If you're not, join the waitlist and we'll email you when we expand.

2. Shop and choose a delivery day

Browse farm-fresh dairy, produce, and meats, add what you like to your cart, and pick a delivery day at checkout. Each delivery day has an order cutoff, shown right next to it. You pay when you order.

3. We pick up from the farm

We don't keep a warehouse or stock inventory. We pick up your order from each farm for your delivery, exactly as the farm packaged it. If a farm runs out of something, we'll contact you to offer a substitution or a refund for that item.

4. Delivered to your doorstep

We aim to deliver within 24–48 hours of your order when the farm's schedule allows, and we keep everything cold in insulated coolers the whole way. Won't be home? Leave out a cooler and note where it is, and we'll load it up with your order. You'll get an email when your order is delivered. Please refrigerate or freeze everything right away.
