Terms of Service

The Farmstead Express is a local delivery service. We deliver products on behalf of the farms and markets that produce and sell them. We do not produce, process, package, or repackage any food, and we do not hold inventory.

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your card for the order total, including any delivery fee. Prices are shown before checkout. Orders must be placed before the published cutoff for the chosen delivery day.

If you choose to save a card, it is stored by our payment processor, Square. We never store your full card number. You can ask us to remove a saved card at any time.

We deliver within our posted service area on scheduled delivery days. Delivery windows are estimates. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and delivery instructions and for refrigerating perishable products promptly after delivery.

Products are produced and packaged by the listed farm or vendor. Questions about a product's ingredients, handling, or quality should be directed to us first, and we will work with the vendor to resolve them.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
